Home Engagement Session in Mission BC| Tyler and Alyssa

Engagement sessions often feel scripted or an authentic. We try and use this time to get to know you better as a couple. I think I say this every time I write a blog post about an engagement session but truly this is the entire point of one. Pretty photos are a bonus but not the whole point. Tyler and Alyssa have such a gorgeous property where they were also having their wedding an invited us over to meet their furry friends. Animals are a huge part of their life from horses, dogs, cats and even a few pigeons they all made an appearance. We spent the first part of the engagement session with the horses riding aroun on the property. They were super friendly and had no problems coming up to us and getting some nose rubs. Once the horses had enough we of course had to take advantage of the creek fed pond on their property where a canoe was very conviently waiting for us. Their dogs joined in on the fun swimming after them. The property was line with forrest so we took a walk in the trees finding some gorgeous light. We finished the evening off when the light sank behind the mountain and couldn't wait for the wedding day when we knew it was going to be on such a special and gorgeous property.
